Start with new graphic in 16 million colors, transparent background.
With any color place a pixel in each corner. This is the first layer. Go to the Layers window,
right-click on Background, click on Properties, and name the layer the first letter you'll be
using.

Go to the Layers window,
right-click on the first layer, click on Properties, click on Duplicate. Repeat this process until
you have a layer for each letter. Right-click on each Copy, click on Properties, and name each layer
for each letter you'll be using. Your Layer window should look something like this:

Now, Click on the Text tool and place your first letter at the top and centered.
Go to Selections Select None. Click on the Deform tool, it's the one just to the right of
Zoom. Place your cursor in the box to the right of center, click and drag to rotate the letter.
Exact placement isn't nessecary at this time, just get close. Click Apply on the Control window.
Repeat for each letter by clicking on each letters layer,then the Deform tool and rotating them.
For letters on the bottom just place them at the bottom before rotating them.

Now, Click on each letters layer and then the Deform tool to adjust each letters
placement. Enjoy!
