Either download this texture or build one for yourself. It's just some leaves stacked together and rotated 45 degrees.
Just make sure the one you build is not real big.

Open a new image any color background. I picked black for contrast. With white as the foreground color, add some large fat roundy text. I used BoBo. If you don't have anything like that, try Impact, it works ok.
Leave the text selected.

Make sure your leaf strip texture image is open. Using the "Flood Fill" tool with a tolerance of 0, paint the text with the leaf stripe texture [flood fill > pattern > pick your texture image from the dropdown]

With the text still selected add a drop shadow for a 3d look. [image > special effects > add drop shadow] set to (white, opacity = 255, blur = 0, -2, -2)

Change the foreground color to red. Using the airbrush set to (round, size = 5), paint some berries on. Easy Huh?
