a. De-Select All

    1) Click Selections then Select None

   b. Move an Object

    1) Click any Selection Tool

    2) Move the Top

     Position cursor so a 4-way arrow is showing
     Click and Drag to the top of the cylinder

   b. Resize Image

    1) Click Image then Resize

        Percent of Original
        Width = 98
        Height = 98
        Resize All Layers NOT Checked
        Maintain Aspect Ratio Checked

   c. Merge the Layers

1) Click Layers then Merge then Merge Visible
