a. Add a Layer

    1) Click Layers then New

        On the Layer Properties Window:
        Name = Highlight
        Blend Mode = Dodge
        Opacity = 19

   b. Draw a Ellipse

    1) Click The Shape Tool Buttton

        On the Controls Window:
        Type = Ellipse
        Style = Filled
        Outline Width = 1
        Antialias = Checked

    2) Click and Drag From (165,152) to Size = (70x26)

        Status Bar (130,140)->(200,164)=(70x26)[2.917]
