a. Add a Layer

    1) Click Layers then New

        On the Layer Properties Window:
        Name = Reflection
        Blend Mode = Dodge
        Opacity = 57

   b. Draw a Rectangle

    1) Click The Shape Tool Buttton

        On the Controls Window:
        Type = Rectangle
        Style = Filled
        Outline Width = 1
        Antialias = Checked

    2) Click and Drag From (134,208) to Size = (14x25)

        Status Bar (134,208)->(146,233)=(14x25)[0.480]
