a. Paint with Sunburst Gradient

    1) Click the Flood Fill Tool

        On the Controls Window:
        Fill Style = Sunburst Gradient
        Match Mode = RGB Value
        Tolerance = 0
        Opacity = 100
        Sample Merged = Unchecked
        Click Options
        Blend Mode = Normal
        Horizontal = 50%
        Vertical = 50%

    2) Left Click inside the Image
