Part 4

a. Set the Active Colors

    1) Click on the Background Color Box

        On the Color Dialog Window:
        Red = 255 Green = 255 Blue = 255

   b. Paint with Sunburst Gradient

    1) Click the Flood Fill Tool

        On the Controls Window:
        Fill Style = Sunburst Gradient
        Match Mode = RGB Value
        Tolerance = 0
        Opacity = 100
        Sample Merged = Unchecked
        Click Options
        Blend Mode = Normal
        Horizontal = 33%
        Vertical = 33%

    2) Right Click inside the Selection
