Part 6

a. Add a Layer

    1) Click Layers then New

        On the Layer Properties Window:
        Name = Red Blush
        Blend Mode = Normal
        Opacity = 15

   b. Create a Circle Selection

    1) Click The Selection Tool Buttton

        On the Controls Window:
        Type = Circle
        Feather = 0
        Antialias = Checked

    2) Click and Drag From (245,215) to Size = (70x70)
