a. Set the Active Colors

    1) Click on the Background Color Box

        On the Color Dialog Window:
        Red = 255 Green = 0 Blue = 0

   b. Paint with Solid Color

    1) Click the Flood Fill Tool

        On the Tool Options Window:
        Fill Style = Solid Color
        Blend Mode = Normal
        Opacity= 100%
        Match Mode = None

    2) Right Click inside the Selection
